All content on Spoilrs — including the app design, UI, generated spoiler text, and branding — is owned by Spoilrs or its licensors and protected by copyright law.

Movie posters, titles, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) under their API terms. Spoilrs is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

Spoiler summaries, plot descriptions, and story content are generated by AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, this content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

• AI-generated spoilers are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any spoiler content.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOILRS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF £10 GBP OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
