What is the main twist in FROM?

The town is a nightmarish pocket dimension created by an ancient entity called the "Man in Yellow" (unknown actor) where the nocturnal monsters are former human residents who made a pact to live forever by sacrificing children. Season two begins with the arrival of a busload of strangers, including Marielle (Katarzyna Dolinska), a paramedic, and Jade (David Alpay), a billionaire who becomes obsessed with the town's mysteries. The monsters evolve: a new creature, the "Smiley Monster," appears, and Boyd discovers that his blood has been infected with a strange worm-like parasite after he was bitten by one of the monsters in the ruins. The worm seems to give Boyd an immunity to the monsters, but it also tortures him. The town discovers a hidden underground of the monster's lair and learns that the Boy in White is one of the sacrificed children. The music box from the first season is revealed to be a tool of the entity that controls the town. Victor is forced to confront his traumatic memories, including the death of his mother and sister. Tabitha and Jim, now separated, both search for a way out. Tabitha follows visions of the Boy in White into the forest, where she finds the lighthouse and a stone archway.
